Villa Katoikia Dio is a contemporary 2 bedroom property perched above Lourdas Bay. Set all on one level, its elevated location affords spectacular sea and mountain views. The open plan design and high ceilings give a light and spacious feel, with a premium finish throughout. The resort of Lourdas with its beautiful beach, selection of mini markets, bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and living area are included.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The generously sized terrace comes complete with a sea facing infinity pool. It’s accessed via steps from the terrace just off the living area. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views on the sun loungers. The electric BBQ is to the rear of the villa, conveniently close to the kitchen.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The 2 sea facing bedrooms have been styled in a luxurious fashion, with high quality fixtures and fittings. There’s a double and a twin, both with modern en-suite shower rooms and patio doors that lead to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Living area and kitchen

Open plan and exquisitely styled, the living space is a beautiful room to relax in with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. At one end, you’ll have a comfortable living area with 2 sofas and a flat screen TV. Sliding doors open from here out to the terrace where you’ll find your al fresco dining set and games tables. At the other end of the space is your fully equipped kitchen and dining table. A door leads outside to the BBQ area at the rear of the villa.

Entrance

The property is accessed via a gated entrance from the main road. A shared driveway leads up to the villa, with parking available for 1 car. 2 steps from the parking area lead up to a gate, with the front door just ahead.
